  • You have a great sense of organizational dynamics and know how to act effectively in it;
  • You have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills;
  • You are a true People team leader;
  • You earned your spurs as an HR generalist and still enjoy a daily operational task or two;
  • You combine a people-oriented mindset and attitude with an affinity for processes and procedures;
  • You are result-oriented: you look actively for the best way to achieve goals and maintain regular communication on proceedings with all people involved;
  • LYNX operates in a regulated environment, so you don’t shy away from the more technical HR aspects (such as compliance, GDPR, and IT security);

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in broad HR roles in an international environment;
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in leading a team;
  • You are fluent in English and have notions of Dutch.

  • a great culture and superb working atmosphere in a great team;
  • a salary depending on your educational level and work experience;
  • a fixed 13th month;
  • 8% holiday allowance;
  • a pension scheme fully paid by LYNX;
  • public transport travel allowance;
  • home office equipment and home office allowance;
  • continuous growth potential, including a personal training budget of € 2,000 per year to invest at your own discretion;
  • daily lunch from our chef, beverages & fruit, Friday drinks at our own bar;
  • trips & activities with your marvelous colleagues (whom, by the way, are the reason that in this role we expect you to be amidst the people; remote working is possible but only limited).

We are looking forward to your application! If you are interested please send us your current CV and cover letter in English.
