We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Developer / Software Engineer to work with our development team based in Amsterdam and Ghent. Your mission is to build the next generation of trading related applications and services for customers and help improving our modern and dynamic web based trading platform.
What will you do at LYNX?
►As a developer, you'll play an important role in shaping the overall platform architecture and ensuring the technical excellence of our platform by implementing solutions through robust coding practices
►Design, build and improve the LYNX application stack used for running our trading platform, giving customers the best trading experience and a way for communicating and exchanging documents with LYNX in a secure manner
► Shape the overall platform architecture and design services for new projects that help us propel the business forward
► Improve the security, reliability and performance of our platform
► Fine-tune and extend our Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery processes
You are offering these qualifications:
► At least 5 years of professional experience in this or a similar role
► Good experience with Java and Java frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Spring-Boot, Spring-Security, …)
► Good experience with (Vanilla) Javascript and at least one JS framework (preferably React/Next.js)
► Solid knowledge of SQL, including database performance analysis and optimization
► Experience with CI/CD (Creation of Jenkins jobs, deployment pipelines and automatizations) and deployment is a big plus
► Good knowledge developing RESTful services, interfaces with other services based on synchronous and async models
► Cloud and container experience (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) is a big plus
► Very good communication skills and interest to work as part of a cross-functional, distributed, agile team
► Very good English language skills
► Cooperation with teams across our branches in Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Gent
