What you do as an Investment Specialist:
Helping clients with the platform and information about securities and derivatives. We specialize in a number of different products and do not issue investment recommendations, so you will not advise clients what and when to buy or sell them predetermined products. Our goal is to educate the client in the field and help him understand the laws and risks associated with a particular investment or speculation. Communication takes place via telephone, e-mail and online chat.
Communication with clients regarding operations on their investment account (telephone, e-mail, chat and in person)
Educational activities for clients (webinars, articles, individual training).
Work on project tasks.
Contact with clients via e-mail and telephone.
This is you:
An investor, trader, or a person with a great interest in finance and derivatives, who wants to develop in this area in a group of experienced colleagues with the same hobby and at the same time wants to move forward professionally.
Perfect communication skills in Czech/Polish and English.
Interest in education in the field of investment and trading.
Ability of systematic, organized, analytical and team work.
Proactive approach and creative problem solving.
