LYNX is looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to lead our dynamic customer service team. As a pivotal figure within our organization, you will directly contribute to the success and satisfaction of our customers in the Belgian and French markets.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead and manage the daily service operations, ensuring excellence in customer service and adherence to set KPIs.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, risk mitigation, and effective decision-making in service management.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, liaising with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop and mentor your team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with AML policies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial market developments.

 

Your Skills & Experience to Excel:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Law, Mathematics, ICT).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within customer service or the financial sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (min. C1 level), French is a plus.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to think and act both strategically and operationally.
  • Profound knowledge of investment products and experience in the financial sector.
