The tasks include (amongst others):
- Providing day-to-day technical support for your colleagues (on site and remote)
- Monitoring and follow up of ongoing tickets and local projects, escalate to internal specialists or involve and take over communication with external parties
- Install, configure and troubleshoot new and existing workstations in compliance with company standards
- Draw up tutorials and maintain our internal knowledge base for the use and maintenance of systems and applications
