  This is what you do as a Customer Service Professional at LYNX: 

As a Customer Service Professional, you’ll play a key role in serving our clients. Customers choose LYNX for our excellent service and extensive trading platform. They contact us via telephone, email, and chat through the Service Centre on our website. The questions you’ll handle are diverse—ranging from assistance with placing orders, account-related inquiries, navigating the trading platform, to providing explanations about investment products. 

 Your main responsibility is to answer these questions, ensuring a high level of customer service and delivering a positive client experience. When customers open an account, you will oversee and manage the onboarding process, ensuring that all necessary information is requested and accurately entered into our system. This is crucial given the legal and regulatory requirements we must comply with. This role involves significant translation and writing tasks. You will be responsible for accurately translating documents between Finnish and English, as well as creating high-quality written content. In addition to these duties, you will also participate in various projects within the department. From the start, this role offers considerable responsibility, providing you with the opportunity to grow into a financial industry professional.

LYNX will provide you with a tailored one- to three-month training program to help you seamlessly onboard into the role. 

 

 This is you: 

  • You have strong writing and grammatical skills and are expected to produce clear, precise, and error-free content; 

  • You will take on significant translation and writing tasks in this role, where you will be responsible for accurately translating documents between Finnish and English; 

  • You have a passion for the financial world and investing and are familiar with various financial products, which is a plus but not essential; 

  • You have experience in customer service, particularly through email and telephone interactions; 

  • You are detail-oriented and analytical; you remain focused when dealing with detailed information and you are not satisfied with incomplete information;  

  • You are a fast-learner with a hands-on and quality-oriented mentality; 

  • You are tech-savvy and learn to use new programs quickly; 

  • You get a kick from satisfied customers and achieving results together; 

  • You are planning to stay in The Netherlands for at least a year; 

  • You have experience in marketing, including Google Ads and WordPress, which is a plus but not essential.
