As our HR Specialist, you’ll be mainly responsible for the planning and performing of the day-to-day HR tasks from onboarding to administration to all kinds of employee questions within LYNX CZ.
Your support, administrative contribution, and flawless employment legislation, combined with great social skills make you the perfect addition to the LYNX People and Culture team. What you'll do

  • Coordinate and perform day-to-day HR tasks relating to the whole employee lifecycle
  • Support the business by carrying out administrative and organizational tasks for recruiting, contracting, onboarding, mutations and talent management
  • Work with the People team to manage and improve HR Operations processes
  • Participate in HR projects, such as engagement surveys, system implementation, and onboarding program

 

What you'll bring

  • Work experience (more than 4 years) in HR Operations
  • An orderly mindset and a keen eye for detail
  • The skill to excel at minimizing administrative overhead
  • A natural ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
  • Solid working knowledge of Czech labor code and employment law
  • Proven experience in supporting and owning the administrative requirements for recruiting, onboarding, contracting, and payroll mutations
  • Professional communication skills in Czech and English are required for this role
