Are you an experienced IT professional looking to take the next step in your career? LYNX is searching for an IT Administrator to support and improve our internal ICT infrastructure. What You'll Do:

  • Administer, support, and continuously improve our hybrid identity environment (Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID)

  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 collaboration services including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams

  • Implement and manage Microsoft Security solutions, such as Defender and Purview

  • Administer and maintain our virtualized server environment (MS Windows)

  • Support our branch networks (FortiGate, HPE Aruba, Unifi)

  • Configure and maintain backup solutions (Veeam) and disaster recovery procedures

  • Continuously improve internal processes and document IT environments with high standards

  • Optimize and automate ICT processes, introducing new solutions where applicable

  • Provide 3rd level desktop support (remote and on-site), provisioning and maintaining client systems

 

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience administrating and supporting Microsoft-based client/server infrastructures

  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services

  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi

  • Independent, structured, and analytical working style

  • Excellent English communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with VoIP (SIP, RTP, WebRTC)

  • Certifications like MCSE

  • Familiarity with Linux servers and macOS

  • Understanding of IT security standards and best practices

  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
