As our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for finding and hiring the best people to join LYNX. You’ll lead and improve our hiring process, work closely with managers and make sure we give every candidate a great experience.
What you'll do:
- Design and manage the full recruitment process, from job opening to hiring
- Work with hiring managers in different countries to help them find the right candidates
- Keep our Applicant Tracking System (Softgarden) up to date and make sure it works well for everyone
- Support and train hiring managers on how to interview and choose the best people
- Improve our career page and LinkedIn presence to attract more candidates
- Represent LYNX at job fairs and events to promote our company
- Create and improve our process for hiring external consultants
- Work closely with the HR team to make sure the hiring and onboarding process runs smoothly
- Help with other recruitment projects when needed
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience running or owning recruitment processes
- You’ve worked with ATS before
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- You enjoy working with others and giving advice
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or German
- Experience in a growing or international company
