We are looking for a Head of Transformation and Project Office to lead strategic alignment, agile maturity, and organizational transformation at LYNX.

 

What you'll do:

  • Design, implement and manage the process for collecting, reviewing, and accepting projects and initiatives proposed by MT, Product Managers and department leads.
  • Responsibility to allocate project manager (internal or external) to project.
  • Responsible for prioritization sessions with the Management Team for projects and Initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Responsible for track and MT report on project and initiative progress, risks, and value delivery across the portfolio, using visual dashboards and quarterly reviews.
  • Responsible for the implementation of an agile portfolio management framework.
  • Plan and coordinate strategic offsites and planning cycles.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Management Team.
  • Set up and responsible for the company-wide OKR cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
  • Work with teams and leadership to ensure OKRs are meaningful, achievable, and aligned.
  • Track and visualize OKR progress.
  • Integrate OKRs into portfolio tracking and reporting.
  • Responsible for alignment between Squads on over-arching projects and Initiatives.
  • Responsible for the company strategy process (How).
  • Responsible for the communities of practice for Product Managers and Squad Facilitators.
  • Act as a coach and mentor.
  • Responsible for the Transformation Team, driving the evolution of the organization’s structure and delivery practices, and ensuring the successful implementation and long-term adoption of the 'new ways of working'
  • Define and implement transformation-related OKRs in collaboration with the Management Team.
  • Develop and align organizational principles and operating models.
  • Facilitate discussions on role clarity, decision-making boundaries, and structural improvements.
  • Inspire and guide cross-functional alignment.
  • Influence without authority, leading lateral leadership practices across the organization.
  • In coordination with the People & Culture Department:
  1. Ensure that key roles within the agile structure are clearly defined, supported, and enabled.
  2. Create and manage competency models, development plans, and coaching frameworks for PMs and SFs.
  3. Define and continuously refine role expectations, escalation paths, and collaborative practices.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor/Master degree

  • 7+ years of experience in portfolio management, organizational transformation, or similar roles.

  • Track record of leading company-wide agile transformations or strategic delivery frameworks.

  • Familiarity with agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Miro) and OKR tracking solutions.

  • Background in business agility, strategic planning, or organizational design.

  • Certification in Agile Coaching, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or similar credentials

  • Experience in setting up or managing a Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Background in business agility consulting or organizational design

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and large-scale program governance (e.g., GDPR projects)
