We’re looking for a Creative Brand Specialist to join our Demand Creation Squad. In this role, you’ll work closely with our creative agency and internal marketing team to shape and execute campaigns that elevate LYNX’s brand presence while ensuring consistency across all channels.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional, agile team — the Demand Creation Squad — made up of a Product Manager (who defines the squad vision and owns the backlog), Online Marketeers (who design journeys and execute campaigns), a Data Analyst (who delivers actionable insights), a Designer (who creates assets for each touchpoint), and you--the Creative Brand Specialist.
Together, we deliver integrated campaigns that grow awareness, drive engagement, and move prospects toward conversion.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the liaison between our creative agency and marketing team to ensure effective brand messaging
- Safeguard brand identity, visual style, and tone across all touchpoints (web, social, email, offline)
- Develop and manage the creative brand calendar, aligning with key trends and cultural moments
- Drive consistent branding and high-impact thematic campaigns
- Collaborate with the squad to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness
- Measure and optimize brand performance based on campaign data
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing roles (finance, tech, or agency experience a plus)
- Fluent in Dutch and English with strong storytelling and design skills
- Skilled in using creative tools and analytics platforms
- Experience in brand management, content creation, and visual storytelling
- Able to work in agile, cross-functional teams
