Are you ready to grow your career in CDD? We’re looking for a Junior CDD Analyst to join our team for a maternity leave cover of one year, with the option to extend. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

What you will do:

  • Check if onboarding prospects have supplied the correct documents and necessary information according to our standard CDD process.
  • Request missing documents or information via different communication channels such as email and CRM.
  • Process submitted data accurately in our CRM system and archive all documentation according to risk level and AML policy.
  • Perform first checks on new potential clients and carry out CAP checks considering all risk factors, including PEP screening, sanction lists, and negative media.
  • Draw conclusions that give a clear picture of the case and write a summary for the second reviewer.
  • Escalate PEP hits, World Check hits, or uncooperative clients to Senior Analysts or the Compliance Officer.
  • Support the process of off-boarding clients once a decision has been made.
  • Log all customer contact in detail and ensure clear documentation of conversations and client-provided explanations.
  • Support Medior and Senior Analysts during periodic reviews by requesting and archiving missing information.

What we're looking for:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a financial institution, preferably in CDD, KYC, or AML.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Law, or Criminology (Master’s is a plus).
  • You’re fluent in Czech and Slovak, and have good English skills.
  • You have a strong eye for detail, follow instructions carefully, and make very few mistakes.
  • You act with integrity, handle sensitive information responsibly, and treat everyone with respect.
  • You’re curious and analytical — able to recognize red flags, analyze risk factors, and draw clear conclusions.
  • You can write clearly, structure your thoughts, and summarize cases effectively in writing.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary, based on your education and work experience
  • A €2,000 annual budget for professional training and development
  • A beautiful, historic villa office in Prague with a 100 m² garden, rooftop views, lavender blooms, and great coffee
  • An international summer party trip to a European destination, connecting with colleagues from other LYNX offices
  • Team activities like barbecues in the garden, beach volleyball, and group dinners
  • Office treats like fresh fruit, snacks, coffee, and a selection of herbal teas
  • A relaxed, friendly and informal workplace where you’re trusted to do your best
