Office Manager / HR Assistant – Amsterdam

LYNX is looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager / HR Assistant to keep our Amsterdam office running smoothly and support our People & Culture team. If you love creating a great workplace experience and enjoy a mix of office operations and HR tasks, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Arrange daily healthy lunch, fresh juices & fruit.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance.
  • Organize company events, meetings & travel.
  • Handle calls, mail and general office enquiries.
  • Support HR administration, onboarding/offboarding & employee records.
  • Prepare HR documents, reports and monthly payroll input.

You’re a great fit if you

  • Have 2+ years experience in office management or HR support.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Communicate clearly in English.
  • Are highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Handle confidential information with care.
  • Can work on-site in Amsterdam every day.

Nice to have: Dutch language skills, experience with HR systems (AFAS/Workday), event planning, facilities, and working in an international environment.
