Office Manager – Amsterdam
As an Office Manager you will play a key role in creating a smooth, well-organized and welcoming work environment at our Amsterdam office. You will support both office operations and People & Culture activities, ensuring that employees have everything they need to perform at their best.
In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for the office while supporting HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience. You will work closely with the People & Culture team and ensure that both daily operations and HR administration run seamlessly.
You’ll be responsible for
- Managing daily office operations and ensuring a welcoming and well-organized environment
- Arranging daily healthy lunch, fresh juices and fruit
- Managing office supplies, vendors and facility maintenance
- Organizing company events, meetings and travel arrangements
- Handling calls, mail and general office enquiries
- Supporting HR administration, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and preparing HR documentation
Here’s what we are looking for
- A proactive and well-organized professional who enjoys combining office management with HR support
- 2+ years of experience in office management or HR support
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to handle confidential information with care
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Availability to work on-site in Amsterdam
Nice to have:
- Dutch language skills
- Experience with HR systems (HiBob, Nmbrs)
- Experience in event planning or facilities management
- Experience working in an international environment
