  • Embedding the voice of the client throughout discovery, launch and optimization phases

  • Coaching Product Managers and Product Owners and elevating product craftsmanship

  • Acting as the key product contact for executive leadership

  • Driving measurable business impact, including improvements in efficiency, client satisfaction, conversion and financial performance

Here’s what we are looking for

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product management with increasing ownership and scope

  • Strong knowledge of financial products, trading mechanisms, associated risks and regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID, SEC, GDPR, KYC/AML)

  • A proven track record of delivering measurable KPI impact (e.g. revenue growth, efficiency gains, margin improvement, retention or cost reduction)

  • A strong outcome-driven mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution

  • Strong data capabilities, including KPI frameworks, funnel analysis, experimentation and basic SQL/BI understanding

  • Experience in process optimization, automation and driving operational efficiency

  • Experience working in regulated environments where compliance and risk considerations are critical

  • The ability to influence stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Operations and second-line functions without formal authority

  • Strong decision-making skills in complex environments, balancing UX, compliance, security, cost and scalability

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior and executive stakeholders
