Senior Creative Brand Specialist

As Senior Creative Brand Specialist, you make sure the LYNX brand comes across clearly and consistently in every campaign.

You are the link between our creative agency and our marketing team, you drive our brand and visual identity transformation, and you manage the high-impact brand and performance campaigns that build awareness and bring in new customers.

You work in an agile squad and use campaign data to keep improving what we do.

What you’ll do

•       Act as the link between our creative agency and the marketing team, so that our brand messaging and campaigns are effective.

•       Drive brand and visual identity transformation projects across the company, and manage stakeholder expectations.

•       Build the annual campaign calendar, get the budget approved, align stakeholders and deliver the calendar on time, supporting key marketing and commercial milestones.

•       Manage high-impact brand and performance campaigns.

•       Work with the squad to create cohesive, impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness and consideration, and bring in new customers.

•       Keep our brand guidelines applied consistently across all assets and campaigns.

•       Measure brand performance and optimise it based on campaign data, looking at engagement, reach and conversion.

Who you are

•       5 or more years of experience in brand, creative or marketing roles.

•       Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong written and visual storytelling skills.

•       Proven experience in brand management and cross-channel content creation.

•       Skilled in creative tools (for example Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma) and analytics platforms.

•       Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.

•       A strong communicator and creative problem solver with a sharp eye for design and brand detail.

•       Data-informed: you turn insights into creative optimisation, and you can align creative work with business goals.

•       Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple projects at once, resilient and open to experimentation, and you give and receive constructive feedback.

Nice to have

•       Experience in finance, tech or agency environments.

•       Knowledge of performance marketing and campaign measurement frameworks.

•       Experience collaborating with creative agencies or managing agency output.

•       Familiarity with cultural trend analysis and brand activation development.

What we offer

•       A competitive salary based on experience.

•       Flexible working hours at our office in the heart of the city.

•       A fixed 13th-month salary.

•       Pension scheme.

•       Travel expense reimbursement.

•       An annual training budget of €2,000, freely allocated to your professional development.

•       Team outings, social drinks, and an annual weekend trip with the entire team.
