As Product Owner Client Acquisition, you help the squad optimise the journey from qualified lead through onboarding, account opening, funding and activation.

You’ll analyse where clients drop off, translate opportunities into backlog items, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, Compliance and Operations to fix them.

This is an entry-level product role for mid-career professionals eager to learn product ownership in a conversion-critical part of the business.

What you’ll do

• Support the Product Manager with backlog maintenance, sprint prep and progress tracking.

• Translate strategy into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria for onboarding and activation.

• Analyse onboarding, funding and activation journeys to identify friction and drop-off.

• Gather requirements from Marketing, Sales, Data, Design, Engineering and Compliance.

• Maintain backlog quality so stories meet the Definition of Ready before sprint planning.

• Help interpret conversion, onboarding and activation performance data.

Who you are

You’re curious about onboarding and conversion optimisation, and ready to grow your product craft.

• 2-5 years in product ownership, business analysis, marketing operations, digital marketing, QA or analytics.

• Good understanding of digital marketing, onboarding processes and activation journeys.

• Experience with BI.

• Fluent English and at least one local LYNX-market language.

Nice to have

• Experience within fintech, brokerage or financial services.

• Experience with onboarding, customer acquisition or activation optimisation.

• Experience with customer data platforms or marketing technology integrations.

What we offer

• A competitive salary based on experience.

• Flexible working hours at our office in the heart of the city.

• A fixed 13th-month salary.

• Pension scheme for NL/DE/BE.

• Travel expense reimbursement.

• An annual training budget of €2,000, freely allocated to your professional development.

• Team outings, social drinks, and an annual weekend trip with the entire team.
